Clear Glass Knobbly / Stretch Vase - Whitefriars Maybe? ID Help Needed Please

Hi. Does anyone recognize this celar Knobbly / Stretched glass vase? It stands 12" tall. I thought perhaps Whitefriars? Thanks!
