Uranium Bullicante , is this Murano / Galliano Ferro ?

Hi ,

Small bowl or Cigar Ashtray, Is possible to tie this down to a maker please ? The closest I can get is Galliano Ferro but it's not quite the same as any I can find.
Almost 5 1/2" across x 2 1/2" High and weighs 0.88kg

I'm still struggling with this one . Cenedese did very similar bullicante bubbles to this but they all seem to be made with a single colour .
