ID help needed

Hello , new to the website - this is my first post. I am trying to identify this vase and would appreciate any input . I tend to think that it is Czech in origin and am fairly sure that it is European . Here are few pics. Also I would appreciate it if someone could tell me how the insert pic option is supposed to function - I do not understand this as it does not go hyperlink to my computer pics as with other websites.
