ID Help with Maker ??

Hi all you informative people on GMB . Can anyone give me information on this paperweight ?? It is 3 " in diameter and stands 2 1/2" high . It is full of trailled glass swirls. Many thanks now for any response or replies.

Thanks Roy.  The base image helps rule out a few options, but I fear this may be from SSSS (some small studio somewhere...).  Sorry I cannot help with a specific ID.
