Studio glass vase help please.

Any idea's on this one?, it has a rough pontil with a lot of wear to the base and some to the outer surface so i think it might have some age.

It's 7 1/4 inches in height, 2 1/2 inches across the rim and 2 1/4 inches across the base.

There's something a little bit Anthony Stern-ish about the way the colours are worked in the clear, bottom part.
