LARGE 9" twintone art glass bowl need I.D

Around 9th diameter, pressed in circular pontil basemoulded bubble feet
amythest rim and smokey grey/blue inner
need id help maker and age if poss

May be Murano BUT I favour Japanese origin or perhaps Czech.

Looking harder I believe Japanese due to the extremely symmetric design and that concave base - Murano is usually ground flat.  Maker - Kamei or Hineri perhaps.
