Early Victorian iridescent technique Webbs? vase help please.

Any thoughts on this one?, i'm thinking it's early 1870's, i first thought Webbs due to the handle registered by Webbs but it is slightly different with 12 ribs a few less than the Webbs registered design.

The base is flat with no pontil and the rim is cut and polished flat.

Its 5 inches in height.
