Hello there, the top one looks similar to Fostoria American line but I have looked through Leslie pina's book on Fostoria 2056 and it's not in there and the book has a chapter on candlesticks regards Chris.

A number of companies made the 'American' pattern...Jeannette glass for instance... their's is called Cube or Cubist... Fostoria made at least 8 different styles in the American pattern. Try googling cube pattern may strike lucky.. ;)

I think your candlestick with the American style  pattern is this one by Libochovice....http://www.glas-musterbuch.de/Libochovice-circa-1925-1928.118+B6YmFja1BJRD0xMTgmcHJvZHVjdElEPTUyNTkmZGV0YWlsPQ__.0.html
