My old Ma's 60's/70's looking textured effect folded sides glass bowl. Does anyone recognise this?, Is this a Whitefriars piece?

Hi, I don't recognise it from what I can see in the whitefriars catalogue's but might have missed it. The base does not have a whitefriars finish eg. a concave polished  pontil mark which is usually on most items. It looks Scandinavian but really not sure.
