Frosted green Art Deco? glass cat help please.

Any thought's on this one please, it's made in a two piece mould and it's not uranium glass.

7 inches in height, 3 1/4 inches across the base.

Thanks for that I guess it will remain a mystery, it's not that well made, very crude but I like the styling, I thought it might be relatively modern as there is no wear on it.
