Hi - would really appreciate some help in identifying this one! My hunch is it is Old English?

Hi.  I am sure it is Old English - but I am not sure which factory: I don't think it from any of the known makers.  It may well be from the same factory as the one below - which after several years I attributed to 'unknown English factory'. Mine was a large weight - around 4 inch diameter.  I believe that several presently unidentified English factories made some paperweights in the 19th century.

Hi Alan - many thanks for the opinion. This one is a good size too at 9cm diameter.
BTW do these weights have any value?
Thanks again
Bry

Hi Bry.  We do not discuss specific values on this Board, but if you want to send me an email by private message (or via my website link) I would be happy to offer my view on value.
