My guts are on Mdina for this. IoWSG didn't make many sculptures at all, and I believe the ones they did make were all massive. In that old thread I'm just quoting from Lesley Jackson's 20th Century Glass.
Your beast has loads of features I'd associate with small Mdina sculptures - the seedy bubbles, the flattened clear parts, the looping at the base, and a sort of general random structure that doesn't quite make it as being abstract art. (not in my opinion anyway, it's just trailing about for the sake of trailing about, if you see what I mean.

Mdina did make loads of these small sculpture things. They sold well, and like pwts, were easy for tourists to carry home.
