That's not unknown. Burtles and Tate.
Christine has a "primrose pearline" (in inverted commas because I know that's a Davidson "name") one, it is just glorious.

Thanks Sue i'm going to have a punt on it, I knew I had seen it before somewhere, it's a beautiful design, 24 people watching so i'm pretty sure I will be out bid. :)

If you don't win, you can save your pennies up for one like Christine's if and when one appears. I like the design much better in colour - it shows the details up.

The design is from Burtles, Tate & Co.'s  RD 44445, registered on 8 March 1886.

I had three in uranium  -  they came with a decanter I bought at auction about three years back........     regret have now parted with all of them - Christine had one of them, and as Bernard used to say..... 'they glow enough to burn the curtains down'.

shows how much attention I pay  -  didn't even know you could have pix in the cafe :-[

You very kindly let Christine have one of the mermaid boats, Paul, I was with her when she unwrapped it. It was a real thrill. ;D

The pics are all in links.

Paul, you can't have attachments in the Cafe. :)  But then as this is a glass question it shouldn't be in Cafe anyhow..., Cafe is for non-glass chat! :)
