Loetz Tango? Harrach?

I bought this the other day just because the asking price seemed reasonable. I am not really a collector of this style of glass, but I gave it a punt anyway. The seller said it was Loetz Tango, but I thought possibly Harrach. I can't find this specific design anywhere, but it does have the Tango look. Any thoughts?
