Topic: Glass vase with atypical marking

Hi!
My mother has this crystal  vase. It stands 8 inches high, a nice piece but it has a mark "stuart" but it is done in what I would describe as "Army Stencil" capitals. I cannot find similar in any of the mark ID pages.

I assume it is attempting to "pass off" as Stuart but can anyone confirm before I do or don't tell my mother!

Hello and welcome, the mark looks ok to me, see what others have to say,

It looks fine to me too, as does the glass itself.
If somebody could make and cut a glass as well as this, why bother passing it off as something else?
I think it's possibly a slightly more modern script, that's all.
