Picked up a service of this stuff and haven't been able to get anywhere.
 
Hand crafted glass measures 7 3/4" high, 3 3/8" across the top rim and hold 10 ounces.
 
The ruby ball spacers are solid red, not stained. 
 
My first inclination was Eastern European but that's just a flat out guess.
 
Any ideas on who might have done these?
