unusual green glass piece, poss art deco?
« on: September 28, 2015, 07:37:57 AM »
My sister in law has set me a challenge and I have failed.  Her friend purchased the little glass piece and wondered what it was.
I have had several guesses and came up with nothing. First I thought it might be a double salt but comparing the size to the Revlon Lipstick it cannot be.  Then maybe a trinket holder of some sort? The tiny handle suggests it might be art deco, but then again I could be way off the mark.   Any ideas greatfully accepted.

Possibly for toothpicks? One box for clean ones, the other for used.

Welcome to the board.  :)
I'm sure somebody else will be able to tell you more.
They look as if they might contain uranium. Do you have a UV torch to check?
Cheers, Sue M. (she/her)

Earth without art is just eh.
