Baccarat started using the acid mark, if I'm not mistaken, from 1935. Your vase hasn't got a mark, otherwise you would have mentioned it I guess, so it would have to be pre 1935 if it would be Baccarat.
They did do a smaller version, but it is clear crystal and not tinted, and acid marked as it is a fairly recent production.That doesn't have to mean anything of course, as the later, marked pieces could be re-editions, but I haven't managed to find this shape.
Personally, and I'm no expert, something is missing for me if it would be pre '35 ... some kind of decoration as in gold enamel, acid cut or wheel engraved/cut pattern ... but maybe I'm completely wrong ... that's always a possibility too ...
