Identification of signature. ID = Selkirk Glass

Can anyone help with identification of this signature. I think it is Selkirk but I am not sure. Thanks in anticipation.

Believe it or not jules, the third word says Scotland!  .... there may be a date as well.  Try rubbing talcum powder into all the base and any other letters or numbers may show up. 
Even without a signature,  I would have said this was Selkirk Glass.  Very distinctive. :)
