Certainly a nice colourway in a classic Monart shape.
What makes you think it is a Paul Ysart piece.

the profusion of swirls are very apparent on post war labelled pieces and after my face to face interview with Chic Young over a decade ago about his involvement in monart and having shown him several examples of monart and latter Perthshire paperweights pieces in the monart style he informed me that Paul did most of the heavily swirled designed vases and bowls and his work heavily influenced chic later on at PP as is seen in a lot of their ware in shape and design

Lovely piece Gary - I must admit I always associate those heavily swirled pieces with post war Monart - not sure why - they are not usually my favorite Monart style but yours really is quite stunning  :D ...and it's ORANGE  ;D

When I saw your title post I was half expecting to see the lamp sold at auction last week!!
