I bought two of these at an estate sale for $1.50 each.  They flouresce vivid green under UV light. 

Dimensions:
5.75" tall
3" diameter base
3.75" diameter at the top
What I think is the Pontil mark is polished smooth

I'd love to know all I could about age, manufacturer, history, etc.
