Scandinavian style tulip vase
« on: January 21, 2016, 12:33:57 AM »
Please can anyone identify the maker of this amber-orange vase? It was bought as Riihimaki but I'm sceptical and suspect it's Ryd. It is 215 mm high; 88 mm diameter at base; and 107 mm diameter at the rim. The rim is not very smoothly finished. The glass if moderately thin and uncased.
I have seen a similar smaller amber-brown one for sale on eBay with a JC Made In Sweden import label; that one is 6 & 1/4 inches high and 4 inches wide maximum, with a concave bell.

Mod: Huge image resized to something more user-friendly for users of smaller screens before we get shouts of Arghhh!
