Christian symbols Czech vase maybe?
« on: January 29, 2016, 04:40:25 PM »
Any thought's on this one?, picked up from Ebay earlier this week and the story goes it was purchased in 1973 for £80 and there was a receipt with it. It looks beautifully made with a flat polished base, any help would be welcome regards Chris.

7 1/4 inches in height, 3 1/2 inches across the rim and 3 inches across the base.

It's beautiful! It may be a red herring, but Poschinger do communion chalices (my guess as to what it is) and the link shows a lamb and flag engraving (if I've pasted it correctly). http://www.individual-glass.com/achievements/sacral-objects.html

Thanks for having a look, it's got a blue tint to the glass, it's incredible that there are no mistakes on it anywhere, here are a couple more pics and a pic of the receipt, i know it could be for anything though.
