Toasting glass???
« on: February 16, 2016, 03:53:37 PM »
Hi all,I've had this glass for ages never really knowing what to make of it,it's soda glass with tooling marks and a very clean tight snapped Pontil, it has a pleasing grey colour to it and stands 14cm in height with air bubbles and a white seed in the foot.No visible wear to the foot and seems hardly used?.I bought it for pence from a smart antique emporium where they do sell very smart old glass so I'm not expecting much,I should add it has very simple wheel engraved decoration and quickly made I would say.
