Fish I/D maybe Seguso??

White Latticino decorated fish on a pedestal reminds me of A Seguso but really not sure. Polished concave base with ware on each of the 5 individual foot lobes. Weighs 1100gr and stands 23cm tall and does have some gold coloured mica around the lips and fins.
Any help is much appreciated
