Unknown Small Glass Peacock

This is for a lady on another board. I drew a blank & we know its not from the U.S. its onlt 7 cm or 2 3/4" height. Someone suggested Sowerby but any search was unsuccessful. Thanks for helping her out. Ken

Kevin these below are marked on the base while the pigeon ones I had were actually marked M Model on the fan part of the tail.
