Is this Mdina glass?

Is this bowl made by Mdina? It appears to have part of the common base and the colours they use, but I have my doubts?

Very unlikely. Saying that I have no idea who might have made it, years ago I had this footed bowl which might have been from the same maker, greens and blues, same sort of bubbles, nice quality but also a mystery. Seen a few pieces like it since but no clues sorry.

I can see why you might think so, but I agree with John, it's not Mdina.
The bubbles are completely wrong, the broken pontil scar and roughly ground surround would never be found on a piece with a "frilly" lobed edge.
I've never seen a broken pontil scar in conjunction with a roughly ground circle from Mdina, but would not rule it out as a possibility, but it would only ever be seen on a very early experimental piece, which, I believe rules out a frilly, lobed edge.
