Over here and in French speaking countries, we call this type of vase a 'Soliflore', a vase for a single flower, but that doesn't mean it has to be french of course.

I would guess Gordiola or Lafiore, from Mallorca - and quite recent.

Green with bubbles, white and copper aventurine streaks. They look like 1890's Christopher Dresser designed 'Clutha' glass to me. Made by James Couper & Sons of Glasgow, very desirable and expensive, I sold a piece about 10years ago for £900.00. Very nice.
He's not the Messiah, he's a very naughty boy!
