Huge Green Vase with Three Prunts

This is a striking piece of glass with three prunts attached. It stands 27cms high x 23cms across and weighs an impressive 3.4 kilos
It has some age related wear to the base rim and the pontil is reasonably smooth with just a couple of rough spots. I do hope someone can help me ID this. Thanks Chris
