is it crackle glass?
and does it have an unusually large pontil mark?  Or is that the base with a smaller pontil mark in the centre of it - difficult to tell on your photo

no its like a knobbly affect as tho blown into a mold and the top 3 inches drawn out of the mold. the base has a ground pontil mark in the center of a protruding base

well, you could try Christine's yard stick..........     standing back three or four feet, and if it still glows then it's uranium.             Manganese gives a sort of greyish green glow, usually, but have to say that I'm really offering a suggestion only, this is not my area, and yours may well be uranium.

Try the torch on various pieces in your collection, and if you get a greenish response on pieces you know are not uranium, then you'll see the kind of effect that manganese gives.          Suspect you need a reasonable quality u.v. torch though, and with fully charged batteries.

I suspect this is uranium, especially if there is a green glow without UV. Uranium amber is pretty common but as Paul says my yardstick test is pretty good. This is interesting, though I have no idea where its from or who make it with that pontil mark.

can you add measurements please including weight.
Is it unusually heavy for size?

It (the colour and curious decor) reminds me of a crackle glass vase I have with green strands in it.  The colour especially.  Mine is very heavy for size - oddly so.

its about 6 inches high and 7 inches across the widest. weight is 1330g quite thick glass. the design reminds me of a kralik martele vase i had but the lines are not as defined as the kralik.
