help to identify/date this murano decanter

Hi anyone able to tell m anything about this 9" tall decanter.  It has imperfections and air bubbles throught out.  wear marks to a flat polichsed base.

probably not intended to be used as such - too decorative - in my opinion.                The glittery/sparkles are aventurine (copper particles)which are usually marvered into the glass whilst hot, and the blue spiralling looks to be a type of decoration called mezza filigrana, but there are others here who will know far better than me on this point.
Other decorative twists usually have more than one ribbon running (a sort of double helix effect), but there are many variations on this theme, so this needs confirmation.

The imperfections and bubbles may suggest this is a more recent tourist piece from somewhere in the last 40 years.            I suspect the stopper is not the usual tight fit of those decanters which are used for alcohol and the top rim is rather wide for practical use.

Another possibility is Fratelli Toso from the 50s or 60s.
