I recently bought this vase and would really appreciate any help in identifying it.
It is dark blue with a clear base and a dark purple spiral through the glass.
21cm tall, about 13cm wide and weighs just under 4kg.

I could be miles off, as it's been a while for me, but anything that heavy and with swirls screams Adam Jablonski to me.
