Topic: Blue glass bowl applied spiked yellow rim

This round bowl is blue with an applied rim of yellow/amber that is spiked. It is 9" diameter and about 4" high with no identifying marks but quite a bit of use wear on the foot rim. I have wondered if it might be from a US West Virginia factory but I've had no luck finding a similar one or actually anything similar much of anywhere. I have limited glass books to work from so I'm hoping someone can suggest some keywords for searching or perhaps it looks familiar to someone. Thank you for your help!
