Blue iridescent glass bowl

Can anyone help me with this bowl?
Stands 11cm tall and 20cm across.
Polished pontil at base with an octagonal rim

Is the glass thick? It has the look of some bronze glass but maybe a bit blue for Webb.

didn't Fenton (States) do this iridescent blue in their carnival range??  -  not that I know anything about carnival, but the colour rings a bell.
