Topic: HELP needed - Antique Green Prunted Glass with Gold Air Twist

New to this site and this is the first piece of many that need identifying. I bought this piece at a local auction in a collection of glass vesta and illusion glasses.
I can not add much to helping identify this piece other than the photos attached,

hello and welcome to the board

Please could you add a photo of the base (so we can see whether or not it has a polished pontil mark or a snapped off pontil mark or none at all). 
Can you add another photo just of the bowl as well, side with white paper rolled inside it so the design can clearly be seen.
