I unpacked a box last night and found this bowl that has been wrapped up for a few years and forgotten.  I can't find much reference (basically none) for art glass with the spelling 'cecho ...'.  The bowl measures approx. 5" diameter at the widest point by 3" high.

I couldn't get a clear shot of the mark, itself, though it is in an oval with 'cecho' on top and 'slovakia' on the bottom.  An interesting point is that in the part of the word 'slovakia', the first 'a' isn't written like the second one - rather it almost looks like an 'e', but it isn't clear enough to make out definitively.  No other marking that I found.
