Who made this Perfume bottle please?

Hi - I have this perfume bottle with combed effect and millefiori "eyes", rather like a peacock feather. It's not marked and has a flat polished white base as shown. It stands 14cm high inc stopper. It's well made and of a good quality. Does anyone know who the maker is? Many thanks in advance. Richard
