green bubble pot help please.

Any thought's on this one, it has something about it, a rough pontil and some base wear, one of my recent favourites.

Big chunky pieces in the clear base.

12 cm in height and 7 cm across the rim.

Regards Chris.

agree that would be a likely first thought, and I've looked in Timberlake's book but can't find a positive match - although features such as the incurved rim and chunky clear foot are not out of place in themselves.
My main worry was the appearance of what looks like an uneven colour mix to the glass, and the dirt within the base sounds a bit excessive perhaps  -  is there a chance this might have been a trial piece that didn't quite make the grade?

Odd how the brain makes assumptions about certain shapes and objects - especially when there's a lack of comparison...........    I'd assumed without really thinking that this piece was something in the region of 7 inches tall - so surprised to see it doesn't even make 5 inches.

Perhaps Nigel might offer an opinion if possible please.
