Help with Identification please.

While successfully bidding for a John Deacon's Lampwork Perfume Bottle, I inherited a number of other glass items in the lot.
This is one of the items and I cannot make up my mind if this bowl is Murano Sommerso or Chalet Glass (or even something else.)
I would be grateful for advice.
