hello and welcome to the GMB. If you are able to up-load a picture of both the whole glass and the etched name on the base this might possibly help someone to provide information for you - though not guaranteed.
Regret to say that we don't provide any form of valuation on any of the glass shown on this forum - as you will appreciate, different people have very different ideas as to what something is worth, and with the variety of glass that people collect, valuations would vary enormously.
As a suggestion, you might find some guide to the value of your glass by looking at on-line auction sales, or perhaps real auction houses, who now mostly seen to add pictures of their current and forthcoming sales.
Ordinarily, when a glass has an (acid) etched name on the base (a backstamp), this will be the name of the maker, although sometimes possibly a wholesaler. In respect of your glasses, there is just the possibility that what you are seeing is part of the maker's name only - one of the more prolific of C20 makers of table and domestic glass was Thomas Webb. Have a look again - just a chance that the backstamp was applied poorly and only part is visible.
Look forward to seeing your pictures.

Apologies to Keith - think we have crossed a bit here
