Topic: red spiral pattern ruffled rimmed bowl with clear applied handle I/D

Hi, any ideas with the I/D of this ruffles rimmed bowl with spiral decoration. The pontil mark is ground concave but not polished,
5 inch dia / 12.7cm dia with a twisted handle total height 7inches / 18cm.
