White trumpet vase - Scandinavian or Chinese?

Any thoughts on this one would be much appreciated. It looks as though it might have been influenced by Michael Bang's 'Harmony' range, but this one has three rings/hoops.
Its 20cm high with a base diameter of 8cm. It looks very nice with my white Holmegaard gulvase. Could it have been made by another Scandinavian glassworks or perhaps made in Empoli or China
