Topic: small, oddly shaped vessel of some sort - what is it?

This object is 10cm and extremely light at only 3g.  The glass is very thin.  It's corked at the end with a tiny cork.  The tapered part is ribbed.  I don't know anything more about it.

Perhaps not, it is quite small.
