Any ideas please on the origin of this frosted posy vase. 9 cms tall x 6 cms square.

I think it's an unknown that looks like it was made by Sowerby. Possibly it was because we don't know what they made as commissions. Pretty common (Woolworths perhaps) and also found unfrosted http://lustrousstone.co.uk/cpg/displayimage.php?pid=1486
