Early paperweight?

Hi all.

I'm hoping for some advice as to the date of this paperweight I picked up at the weekend. There is lots of silver chloride and the casing is very green. Would this be an indication of it being early?

I have at least a couple of these and one has an early diamond point mark, so yes fairly early

The colours seem to be Tortoiseshell, that was used through most if not all of the seventies. There are many more blue examples than Tortoiseshell kicking about, perhaps torty weights were not made for so long, I would tend to agree re the green tinged glass.
