Please help me about an unusual fine glass goblet with a gold border

The goblet in the pictures come from Italy, but I nothing know about it. The upper border is surely of gold. The decoration appears in liberty style. Dimensions are: height 20,5 cm, diameter 17 cm.
Have you never seen other similar item?
