Part frosted Silver rings decoration 1950's ?

Anne as promised photo's and measurements of my latest trinket set...if anyone has any suggestions as to an ID I would be very grateful. The rings are silver and it is part frosted....
Tray 11.25 " x 8"
Candlesticks 2.5" high   2.75"base
Large Pot 4.25" wide x 4" high
Small pot 2.5" wide x 3" high
Pin dish 3.25 wide x 1"

Maybe  Boom, Belgium? If you google "Boom, Belgium, glass" you will find out more.  I wonder if the tray is really a part of it....

I have a partial set in a yellow amber, and have also seen it in pale green.

None, but Google tells me Gorlitz is a town in Saxony, Eastern Germany, on the border with Poland.
