Laurà glass vase Italy?
« on: November 30, 2016, 02:04:12 AM »
Hi, I recently acquired this vase. I am looking for more information about it; like when it was made, what company made it, and who designed it, etc. The odd thing about it, and the thing that makes me question whether or not it is actually Italian, is the strange looking I in Italy on the label...it looks more like a J to me. Thank you for your time.

Welcome to the Glass Message Board.

Sorry, I can't tell you anything about your vase.  A photo of the base would be useful, it can help with the method of manufacture, that is often where we start.

John

Here is a picture of the base. It looks to me to be a molded piece. There are two seem lines barely visible on the sides that I can see when I look at the neck of the vase.
