I've looked through both Phillippe Decelle's Sabino Catalogue Raisonne and Opalescence but sadly can't find her.

Only close figure I can find is this green one on Black Poppy's site but again the maker is unknown:

Oh, that green is beautiful....wish I could get my hands on that one...yes, I have the Sabino Catalog and the Opalescence book as well....
