
Oh no, that is really quite informative.

It's been blown into a mould, the bottom part looks roughly polished (what does it feel like, please?) and there is a star cut (unless it is all pressed, but the handle would then have to be added).
Any form of cutting or polishing on glass means somebody has put a good bit of time and effort into it, so a fully polished base would indicate quality, a roughly polished one, perhaps not so much quality and just something done to make it stand level.
So, if the base is star cut, that means something good.
Can I see a triangle shape in the middle of the star, or is that not actually there?
